1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Important:
  • Returns will not be accepted if the 7-day window has passed.

  • Items purchased during sale periods, promotions, or using discount coupons may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at care@redostyle.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (clearly showing its condition)

Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • The unboxing video must begin from the moment the package is opened (before the item is removed from the box).

  • The video helps us verify the damage or defect for quicker resolution.

Without a valid unboxing video, we may not be able to process a replacement or refund for damaged items.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only for returned products that meet our return conditions.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that are washed, worn, or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original tags and packaging

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase


6. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item (following the return process) and place a new order for the desired item.
